Refund Policy

At Kiichigo Closet, all sales are final.

Due to the nature of our curated vintage and pre-loved pieces, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind once an order has been placed.

Please review all product photos, descriptions, measurements, and item conditions carefully before purchasing. Minor signs of wear may be present due to the pre-loved nature of certain items, and any major flaws will be disclosed to the best of our ability.

Refunds or replacements will only be considered in the rare event that the wrong item was sent, or where otherwise required by applicable law.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees, or clearance charges. If a parcel is refused, abandoned, or returned because these charges were not paid, the original shipping fee will not be refunded. Any return shipping, customs, storage, handling, or related costs incurred may also be deducted from any applicable refund, where permitted by law.
